Unmatched Commission Claim Process

To claim an Unmatched Commission complete the following process in Trip Suite.

Step 1:     Go to Commissions in Trip Suite

Step 2:    Select Unmatched

Step 3:     Select CLAIM at the end of the line of the Commission you wish to claim.

Click on the Trip Suite LOGO below to see detailed instruction on how to claim an unmatched commission.

Once verified by accounting, the commission claim will be processed.

Personal Travel Commission 100%

  • Trip Suite automatically applies 100% commission to any personal travel that matches the client and travel advisor as the same name. 

  • When these two identifying fields match, Trip Suite converts the commission due to the advisor as 100% rather than the host agency split.

  • There is nothing the travel advisor needs to add to a booking to request personal travel commission.
