Price Match: 

Pleasant Holidays + Journese 
Best Price Guarantee: To be eligible for Pleasant Holidays & Journese’s Best Price Guarantee, all components of the vacation to be matched must be identical, including airline, air class of service, hotel, hotel room category, meal plan, airport/hotel transfers, rental car, activities, arrival date, length of stay and add-on features. Valid for new, same-day bookings only. Valid against U.S.-based competitor’s final price including promotion codes when all vacation components match. Matches against membership clubs and other select online vacation companies/reservations are subject to review and all components, including commission, may not be matched. Only one price match eligible per booking. Travel protection is considered separate from price  matches due to variances in plan benefits. How to request Price Match?: (a) create a booking (names must be entered, i.e. you’re holding space) with PHH/JNZ, (b) if a lower price is found via a different TO, hotel direct, OTA:  Provide a print screen of the lower price (you do not need to “hold” space with the TO/Hotel/OTA) that shows a date and time stamp on it.   If you’re sending a printed document, ensure that the date/time stamp is also showing on the document.  (c) send requests to ResPriceMatch@pleasant.net  for Pleasant Holidays and ResPriceMatch@journese.com for Journese, and make sure to include the PHH/JNZ Booking.  (d) after sending the e-mail with the screen shot/document, you can call into the Res Center and select the Price Match option and speak to an agent.   Notes: 1.  Commission structures may be affected with Price Match.  2.  We cannot price match to Charter Flights as we do not offer them.  3.  Once Price Match has been processed, do not request to add a Service Fee to the booking.   Here is the link with additional information on the program: Best Price Guarantee (pleasantholidays.com) or Journese - Travel Resources.  Both links are located in the Agent Resource Center of the websites – www.PleasantAgent.com or www.Journese.com.

Ultimate Jet Vacations

UJV will match BAR (best available rate) or promotional rates with a screenshot.  Work with your UJV agent directly.  UJV states they sell from the hotel web-site pricing, so they should be competitive with the hotel.  They also follow hotel cancel and deposit policies.
