Commissions are paid 30 days after each calendar month in which the service or transaction was completed. Commissions are issued in USD check and mailed to the agency address noted on the account.
A 15% (on the base fare) commission structure is extended to Virtuoso Members on all EmpireCLS services, excluding negotiated corporate and/or discounted rates.

In order to begin receiving commissions, an account must be established through EmpireCLS by contacting Gary Stevens or the account executive team.

Commissions are earned for bookings commencing on or after the date of which the account is opened, and are rescinded for credit rebill reservations.

*Please note that unlike most of our airports, this service is non-refundable. Only date changes are allowed, and these must be for same passenger(s) and must be made >12hrs of original service time, we can then move the service to a date up to 3 months either side of original booking date. If proceeding, we will also need payment in advance.
