Agent Registration
Each advisor must register for RezSaver using the unique agency code 2320388 before any booking can be made. Once registered then you can confirm rooms on behalf of your Amex Platinum Cardmember clients. They will enjoy the amenities and you will receive commission.
Applies to both Platinum Cardmembers and Centurion.

Compare prices as the Amex FHR rates are not always the same as what you can get otherwise or the best rates. Sometimes consortia or hotel promotional rates may outweigh the amenity value.

Invoicing
You are required to invoice your sale of this product through TESS, per normal.
Invoice as the hotel you book e.g. if you are booking the St. Regis Rome - use that as the supplier or "Marriott" as the catch all for the brand.
In your TESS trip, show the hotel that is confirmed within the itinerary. This will allow commission to be chased properly if necessary.
Do not invoice as: American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts. This has changed as the commission will be paid by the hotel and not Amex.
Bookings not invoiced will not be paid out.
